Tim is the business and technology strategist and architect for the Collaborative Service Networks Project. Tim is the named inventor on four patents and has been involved in the production and delivery of three worldwide commercial products and two consumer telecommunication services. Tim is ISO9001 quality certified; 6-Sigma trained and is intimately familiar with the application of product management methodologies such as PMBOK (www.pmi.org) and IEEE SWEBOK (www.swebok.org). Most recently, over the last 5 years and prior to joining Smart Internet, Tim managed 10-15 staff specialising in Web Services, Business Process Automation, and Federated Identity as a section manager at Telstra research labs.
